The U.S. ArmyTimes is reporting on the latest $250 million war games where the opposing general, Paul Van Riper, (commanding the red team) quite because he claims the games were rigged for the blue team to win. "He said that rather than test forces against an unpredictable enemy, the exercise “was almost entirely scripted to ensure a [U.S. military] ‘win.’ ”" Gen. Van Riper employed unconventional tactics to "sink" the Blue navy. When the Blue team called foul, the navy was "refloated". Isn't this the same military that puts transponders on test missiles so the "star wars" interceptor will have a chance of hitting it.
